BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- All new dogs boarding with Pup. Avenue must have an evaluation with our trainer BEFORE their boarding drop off date. The evaluation is by appointment, so please call Pup. Avenue for scheduling.
- We will NOT accept any dogs with aggressive tendencies. Unfortunately, due to insurance liability we cannot board pit bulls/ pit bull mix.
- We accept quiet dogs ONLY.(no barkers, whiners, yelpers & noisy complainers)
- Proof of all Vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP, heartworm preventive, etc)
- Kennel Cough Vaccination recommended two weeks prior to boarding or within last 6 months
- Not only are fleas and ticks harmful to your pet, they spread quickly to our canine residents. Therefore we ask that you treat your dog before coming here.
- Pooches must come with collars and appropriate tags.
- Dogs over 7 months old must be spayed/neutered.
- All dogs that are accepted for boarding and doggie day care MUST be crate trained. If a dog has a suitable temperament, that dog is welcome to sleep "Cage-Free" or slumber party style. If a dog has any personality quirks that would make a slumber party sleeping arrangement unsafe, then that dog will be crated at night and at doggie day care naptimes.
Puppies that are not housetrained will be crated overnight and during al natime.
- Deposits Required for Holidays (4th July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and New Year) to hold Reservations - 50% non-refundable deposit. The fee is applied to your boarding bill.
